Every spring in Austin, we look forward to this one.
What started as a simple get-together has grown into one of our favorite traditions of the year. Our annual Crawfish Boil is less about the crawfish, and more about the people around the table. Clients, friends, families, and neighbors coming together for a few hours to slow down and connect.
This year marked our 5th Annual Crawfish Boil, and even with the weather, it may have been our best yet.
The turnout was incredible. A mix of familiar faces who’ve been coming for years, alongside plenty of first-timers experiencing it for the first time. That blend is exactly what makes the day feel special, and it’s a big part of what makes events like this such a meaningful part of the Austin lifestyle.
We hosted this year’s event at Pershing Hall in East Austin, one of our favorite venues for gatherings like this. It strikes that balance of relaxed and elevated in a way that fits the day perfectly.
East Side Boilers handled the crawfish and delivered exactly what you’d hope for. Long tables, full trays, and no shortage of seconds.
One of the highlights this year was seeing so many families able to fully enjoy the afternoon. A big part of that was thanks to Tiny Attendees, who provided on-site childcare. Their team creates a thoughtful, engaging experience for kids, which allows parents to actually relax and be present. It’s one of those details that makes a bigger impact than people expect, especially for family-friendly events in Austin.
At the end of the day, this is what it’s all about for us.
Real estate is just one part of what we do. The bigger piece is relationships, staying connected, and creating opportunities to bring people together. Events like the Crawfish Boil give us a chance to step away from the day-to-day and spend time with clients, friends, and families in a way that feels easy and real.
It’s a chance to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new ones, and build something that feels like community. That’s a big part of why we love Austin, and why we continue to host this each year.
And of course, none of it happens without the team behind it.
Christi led the planning and execution, making sure every detail was dialed in, with the entire team coming together to bring everything to life on the day of and keeping things running smoothly from start to finish. We’re lucky to have a team like this.
