He was always available to take my call and answer my questions. I can't say how important and helpful that was in my transaction. The Austin housing market is very tough as a buyer. With good homes there are almost always multiple offers and all cash offers, forcing the buyer to pay more than asking in many cases. With my house Wade successfully negotiated under asking and even got some of the items I wanted from the seller to stay with the house. Wade is also a great person and is a total blast to work with - he made buying my home fun.

His network of lenders, title companies and insurers is also best in class at closing the deal, and he somehow managed to close a very complicated transaction in our tight timeframe. Overall, I have not met any agents that can match Wade's sense of market value, negotiating skills, or determination in closing deals. I would recommend him to anyone and will continue to use him for all my transactions.

I’m not sure I have the words to adequately convey my gratitude for Wade and his entire team.
